Services
Everything that stands between your property and your project, removed and hauled away.

We safely fell and remove trees that are in the way of your build, leaning over structures, or damaged by storms. Trunks and limbs are cut, loaded, and hauled off site so nothing is left behind.

Stumps are excavated or ground out along with their main root systems so they will not rot, settle, or interfere with foundations, driveways, septic systems, or new lawns.

Overgrown brush, saplings, shrubs, and invasive growth are cleared down to the soil, opening up the lot so you can see exactly what you are working with.

We remove boulders, old concrete, fencing, sheds, buried debris, and leftover building materials, and haul everything away for proper disposal.

Once the lot is clear, we rough grade the property, manage drainage, and prepare a stable base for your foundation, driveway, pool, or landscaping.

Smaller backyard and side-yard clearing for pools, additions, garages, and outdoor living spaces, with careful access to protect your existing home and landscaping.
Process
A clear plan from the first site visit to a clean, graded lot.

We walk the property with you, mark what stays and what goes, and look at access, slopes, drainage, and nearby structures. You receive a clear written quote and schedule.

Before any digging, we arrange utility locates and confirm whether your municipality requires a tree removal or site alteration permit. We plan equipment access to protect septic beds, wells, and neighbouring property.

Our crew removes trees, stumps, roots, brush, and debris with excavators and loaders, keeping the work area safe and organized. Material is loaded and hauled away as we go.

We rough grade the lot, fill stump holes, and leave the site clean and ready for construction or landscaping. We then walk the property with you to make sure everything was done as planned.
Our work
Residential lots we have cleared and prepared for new construction.

This treed property was cleared of trees, stumps, and undergrowth, then excavated and graded for new construction. Mature trees around the perimeter were kept to preserve privacy.

The lot was cleared, stripped of topsoil, and rough graded so construction could begin on schedule. Our excavator stayed on site to move straight into foundation work.

This lakeside lot was cleared, levelled, and compacted with a compact track loader so footings could be formed without disturbing the surrounding mature trees.

Oliver BennettWe clear residential lots throughout Orillia, Severn, Barrie, Oro-Medonte, Ramara, and across Simcoe County. Larger projects elsewhere in Southern Ontario are considered based on scope and access.
We remove the stumps and the main root systems. Leaving stumps in the ground can cause settling, rot, and problems for foundations, driveways, and septic systems, so we take them out and fill the holes.
It depends on your municipality, the size and number of trees, and whether the property is near a shoreline, wetland, or regulated area. We check the requirements for your address before work begins and let you know if a permit or approval is needed.
Everything we remove is loaded and hauled away for proper disposal or recycling. If you would like to keep firewood or wood chips on site, let us know when we quote the job.
Most residential lots take between one day and one week, depending on the size of the property, the number of trees, access for equipment, and how much grading is needed afterwards. We give you a schedule with your quote.
Every lot is different, so we quote each property individually after a site visit. Price depends on lot size, tree density, stump count, access, disposal, and grading. Contact us for a free, no-obligation quote.
